weekend update

i had such a lovely weekend.

this weekend i...

• visited my second home orlando. sometimes it feels more like my first home bc i've lived most of my adult life there and all my wonderful friends are there.
• went to a bridal shower for the fabulous emily who is such a dear friend, i couldn't be more happier for her. she is the epitamy of a sweet southern girl from alabama. gosh i love her!
• ran 4 miles, yay!
• went to viv's going away party. she's moving to the lonestar state. so glad i was able to be there and say goodbye to an awesome friend.
• got to spend time with my old roomie and very good friend, michelle, who i haven't seen in so long it was really making me sad. good thing we changed that!
• had a night of girl talk and wine with aimee and sara, two of my other very dear friends.

i feel so blessed to have such wonderful friends. i just wish i was able to see them whenever i wanted to.

i hope everyone had a fun halloween.

i spent the weekend in my second home, orlando. i have more friends there than down here in miami so i knew there would be plenty to do.

i have to be honest though, i think i really am getting old because we went out friday night and stayed out waayy past my bedtime and when saturday night rolled around i was pooped and spent the night sleeping.

all in all it was a great weekend, seeing my good friends is like a breath of fresh air.

i've had the most awesome birthday week!

my birthday was last saturday and i spent the weekend in beautiful puerto rico and it was perfection. but more about that later with pictures.

last night i celebrated with my miami friends and we had an awesome time. we went to splitsville which is the best bowling alley and the food is amazing there.

i think 25 is going to be a good age.

last weekend i was in orlando for one of my dear friend's bridal shower. all the girls in attendance were past co-workers of mine from my days at discovery cove and it was so good to see everyone and catch up, especially my good friends because i miss them so much.

i am so happy and honored to be part of sara's wedding. she is one of my very best friend's and a friend i know i will have forever.

july is a hot birthday month

one of my best friend's birthday was on friday and i was lucky enough to celebrate with her since i was in orlando for the weekend.

some of my favorite people came out and i was a happy girl.

i love my friends and i love to celebrate their birthdays with them. it is a special day and they should feel super special.

we celebrated at samurai with great japanese food and lots of saki bombs;)

finally!!

the rain finally decided to go away for a little bit and i was able to enjoy the beach and it was glorious. it was a great day to go because it wasn't too crowded and the water was the perfect temperature.

my lovely friends were great company and it made my day perfection.
